Media images in TIFF format

I usually drag images from the Reunion Media window to the Add a picture window in the Find a Grave website, in the past this worked fine, now I get an error message that the image is not in a format that Find a Grave accepts i.e. TIFF, is there a solution to this problem?

Here's a freebie solution. Open the picture with Preview and choose File > Export. Near the bottom of the resulting dialog box, there is a popup menu to choose which format that you want as the result. Choose your format and done. (Works OK if occasional usage; I don't have a solution for mass quantity.)
