How do I enter details for a Noble title where I need to record the name of the title, the country to which it applies, and the date it was granted, and source of the title ('by ...)? This should be an event but how best to use it in Reunion? Applies to an individual in this case.

There are two parts to this: the Fact of the Noble title, and the Event of its award. I would record these separately.
For the Fact, you could add an Honors fact and add the title information there, with its source citation.
For the Event, you can add and Honors event, add the date and place of the award and mention the title in the memo section. To this you would add the same source citation.
