Just upgraded to Reunion 13 from 12; photos didn’t transfer, and looking for multimedia comes up blank …

Please try re-upgrading the family file from 12 to 13, being sure to follow the steps in this FAQ:

Being certain that you aren't importing the 12 file into an empty 13 file, but rather using 13 to open the 12 file and convert it.
