Using Notes vs Multimedia for Narrative Documents

I have a couple of reports from professional genealogists, that I would like to attach to the respective ancestors in my tree. Wondering how others handle this in Reunion. I could cut and paste the text into a Note, or I could create a PDF and attach it to the person as a Multimedia entry. Each of these reports would be six or seven pages long. Any thoughts? Any other suggestions? In part, I am wanting to make it as easy as possible for my niece who will eventually be taking over my files, I hope.

If you also plan to use Reunion Touch (to display Reunion information on an iPhone or iPad), I believe .pdfs will only show the first page of a multi-page document. I have an original handwritten tree passed down from an ancestor that was written on multiple pieces of paper. I scanned each page as a .jpeg and attached all the individual pages to one source. That way, the source is correctly cited and the original pages can still be viewed if needed.

That's interesting, I never thought of attaching the actual document to a (new) Source. Thank you. I will look at that as a possible solution. :-)
