report does not bring the information

Good evening - I am using Advanced Find - one specific condition - a field I created in the FACTS options - Doen't contain - and the word "ok" or the word "site" (separately) and although there are several persons with no information, on both cases it only brings one person - the same on both cases. I have 4 family files, it works on the other 3, but it does not work on this specific file! - Can I attach my family file here?

Hi Priscilla,

Are you trying to locate entries where the Fact field in question is empty? Perhaps I'm misunderstanding, but if that is the case, I would recommend using the conditions:

[The Fact field] Is Not [Leave the text field blank]

You could also try rebuilding cache files (File -> Rebuild Cache Files...) as well as going to Reunion -> Preferences, Fields, Usage (just open that preference and once the list of fields is built, close it) to make sure Reunion has updated the usage of the fields, then redoing your search. However, if I'm correct about the results you'd like, the above search condition will probably work better.
