If something like this has been addressed before, I apologize in advance. I very rarely have any kind of issue with Reunion or ReunionTouch as they are both awesome applications that are like Apple; it just works. Recently with Reunion 13 on my computer I added a new person record and attached several photos. Part of them were print photos that I scanned and added and part of them were photos from ancestry.com. When I tried to show them to someone on my phone, the ancestry photos were in ReunionTouch, but not the scanned photos, although there was a "record" for them, just not the photo. I got out my iPad which did not have the Reunion 13 family file on it and I did a download to ReunionTouch from my Dropbox account and all of the photos were there. This indicates that there is nothing wrong with the photos, they are located in the correct place, and just about everything else I could think of. I've tried several things to get these photos to show up on my iPhone and I have had no success. The one that I thought would surely work was to log out of everything, including Dropbox and then log back in to everything and click on the download family file button in ReunionTouch. This did not download these particular photos. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Photo Issue with ReunionTouch

Hi Daryl,
I would like you to please try the following:
1 - Open the family file on your Mac and go to File -> Sharing Status..., then click Reset Sharing. Note that the drop-down will change to say the file isn't being shared, that's expected.
2 - Delete the file from ReunionTouch as outlined here:
3 - Finally, use Download family file from Dropbox to re-download the file. Note that it's important that you reset sharing and delete the file from ReunionTouch before re-downloading it.
Let me know if the problem with images persists.
Thanks,Mark Harrison
