How to remove a relationship

One of my ladies has a child and the father's name is listed, though they are not married and not living together.
How can I remove the "Spouse" relationship beside his name?

Currently, it is not possible to remove the assigned relationships, and Reunion does not take relationship status into account when assigning relationships.

Both of those are on our wish list for consideration, however.
