Changing children from one parent to another - iMac v iPad

I have changed some children from one parent to another on my iMac desktop (Reunion 13)
This seemed to work fine, but I have noticed the children are now duplicated on my iPad (and iPhone) using Reunion Touch. Can I just delete the duplicates under the wrong parents in Reunion Touch without deleting them altogether ninth next sync?

Something went wrong, and to prevent more problems; Safer would be to delete the entire family file from ReunionTouch and then redownload.
