    Automatic creation of Sources from a file?

    Let's say I have a document containing multiple paragraphs (or is otherwise broken up), and wish to create a separate Source from each. I can Copy and Paste each paragraph into a new Source, but I'd like to automate the process. Any suggestions? As an example, I've attached an MS Word file I created from a list of Matches on myheritage.com.

    Can't help you with an automated solution Joel, but you can save time if some or all of the data in the Source Fields is common to all the Sources that you are making by filling in the common data into the first source, then duplicating the source (in the source list, right click, select source, duplicate) as many times as you need, and then completing each source with the data peculiar to it, perhaps by pasting the relevant section into the Free-Form Text panel or by attaching a document with the relevant data in the Multimedia panel.
