Register Report Layout Options seem to be missing in a newer file...

In my oldest Reunion File, I have all my charts and reports set up with custom layouts that I love. Generally, when I need to make a new file, and later want a chart or report, I open up a new layout and go back and forth between my favorite old file and the new one, clicking boxes until they look the same. (As far as I know I can't just copy a layout I like into a new file, but correct me if I'm wrong on that).

Anyway, trying to do that today, but something's funky.

    Here's my old-old-old file:

I know some of those fields were probably put into the file by GEDCOMs I merged back-in-the-day, but much of it is standard Reunion fields.

And here's my newer file, where I want to create a report layout that will give me all the same info:

Am I just being dense? Where's the baptism check box? Etc., etc.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated. I'm trying to make a report (reports, actually—starting at each treetop) as close to catching absolutely everything in the file as possible, so that I can give it to a person who doesn't use a computer and they'll be able to enjoy a pretty-close to complete understanding of the work to date.

Outside of the default fields that you see in your second screenshot (Birth, Burial, etc.), only fields that are being used somewhere in the family file will appear here.

For example, you won't see Baptism listed here until you've added that field to someone in the family file.

If there are fields that you are using in the family file that are not appearing in the layout settings, go to:

Reunion -> Preferences... , Fields, Usage

To build that list, then close the Preferences window and go back into the layout for the report.

Hm. Baptism is being used a lot, believe me.

      Nevertheless, here goes...

Yep, that worked. Fields that I am using but didn't show, now show. Seems odd... and I wouldn't have known to do that without asking (I did look in the Help, and searched the forum first), so thank you, Mark!!
