    No data in Reunion13

    After upgrading to Reunion13 the program opens with no data. I have upgraded through the .dmg file and made a copy of the Reunion12 family file and converted it to Reunion13. Both methods come up empty. Reunion12 works perfectly. Help.

    It sounds like you may be converting an empty family file, instead of the file that contains your data.

    Open your file in Reunion 12 and go to:

    File -> Get Info...

    And look for File Location (note: NOT Reunion Location). That will tell you where the family file containing your data is located.

    Open a Finder window and navigate to the folder containing the file, as noted by the File Location, then drag it into the Reunion 13 icon (in your Dock or in your Applications folder) to convert it to 13.

      Thank you for responding however still didn't work. The file contains 57kb of data according to File>Get Info.

        Would be willing to send the Reunion 12 family file to us? I'd like to try converting it here to see if I can duplicate the issue.

        Details on how to send the family file to us can be found here:

          In preparing to send the Reunion12 file to you I found a second Reunion12 family file, one that I hadn't noticed before. I converted that file to Reunio13 and it worked fine. I'm assuming if I delete the other 12 and 13 files that have been created but are empty(so I don't get them mixed up) I should be good. Thank you.
