    Photos not transferring to my iPad version and is Reunion transferable

    I regularly transfer photographs of family members from my supply in Photos on my IMac 27 and usually these then appear on the version of Reunion on my iPad. I have one photo which simply does not appear on my iPad. whereas two other family members' photos have transferred.

    Can you suggest a cause.
    Because I am now at an advanced age in the event of me being unable to continue to play a part in family history using Reunion is this software transferable to another family member willing to-preserve and continue the search

    I would recommend you try resetting sharing, to force ReunionTouch to re-download the family file and all of the photos. To do that, open the file in Reunion on your Mac and go to:

    File -> Sharing Status...

    Then click Reset Sharing... in the drop-down that opens.

    Then, open the file in ReunionTouch on your iPad and wait for the Updating... message to appear. After it appears, check to see if the image is now showing on the iPad.

    If it's not, you'll likely need to send the family file to us, so that we can dig further into the issue with the photo.

    You can transfer your license for Reunion 13 to someone else, but note that you would lose the right to use the application after transferring the license. To transfer a license you would email help@leisterpro.com or sales@leisterpro.com with details (name, address, email) of the person you want to transfer the license to.
