I decided to run a multimedia check on my Reunion file. I was told there were over 1000 missing documents. When I check my Reunion Photos album (not iPhoto), I started finding the missing photos we're where they should be, but running the process to reconnect the documents didn't resolve more than a couple, so I started going thru them one by one and discovered that instead of showing up as .jpg, they showed up in the file as Quicktime, resulting in the mismatches. When I examined the photo it was saved as the correct type of file, but all I had to do was cllic to open on the photo I my Reunion Photo album and it quickly showed up in it's proper form.
Has anyone else encountered this? It's really frustrating, as to correct it you have to continually open and close the item, then the Multimedia report file has to go thru a slow process to update, shuts down the report and you have to go back to Reports, and reconstruct the Missing Multimedia report before moving on to the next one. I'd love to gear if someone has a better solution.
