Island issues

Does anyone else have a problem with 'Islands' that actually aren't islands? I had quite a lot, caused by 'ghost children' who, when marked, didn't show when under their parents as marked, and cause no problem when deleted. But I have half s dozen or so like the one illustrated where that doesn't seem to be the case and I don't know how to get rid of them. This one is actually 7 generations and attached to around 700 other people.Screen Shot 2022-03-02 at 11.19.16.png

I have two suggestions:

1. Try rebuilding cache files by choosing File -> Rebuild Cache Files. Then, click Rebuild.

2. Also, I see the "update list" button (i.e., the blue half circle with the arrow) at the bottom of the Islands sidebar is enabled. Try clicking it.

If problems continue, I recommend sending your family file to us as there may be some corruption in it. Information about how to send a family file to us can be found here...
