error opening multimedia from source window

When I click to open a pdf file from the multimedia link on the sources window I get an error message saying the file couldn't be opened as I don't have permission to open it. If I open the file directly from the Finder window it opens and I can then open it from the sources window. is there any way I can correct this without having to go through the above procedure for 300 plus images

This is most likely caused by macOS's new security features, which are blocking Reunion from being able to access the folder containing the PDF file(s).

Please completely quit out of Reunion 13, then go to:

System Preferences... , Security & Privacy, Privacy

And scroll down to Full Disk Access on the left, then click to select it. Next, click the padlock icon at bottom-left and enter your macOS password so that you can make changes.

Finally, click the + under the list on the right, select Reunion 13 in the drop-down that opens, and click Open to add Reunion 13 to that list.

Once that's done, re-open Reunion 13 and see if the problem persists.
