Prompts for License codes

Hello,
Please tell me how I can make Reunion save my User Name and License code(s). It seems like once a week I get prompted to enter it, then since I purchased an upgrade I have to go find the code for Reunion 11 and then enter that too. This is the only software I have that makes me go through this process. Is this a bug or a feature?

A license file for Reunion is saved in your Users/<home>/Library/Preferences folder. However, based on your request, it sounds like you may be using a Mac-cleaning app which deletes that license file. Please see the following web page if you use a version of MacKeeper or CleanMyMac...
