Find Relationship Chart Not Displaying


Good Evening Everyone,

In the past, when I have used the Find Relationship feature, it automatically displays the chart if there is a connection.
This evening, it is not displaying the chart. It shows the written relationship, but no chart. These are not close relatives so that should not be affecting it. I have tried it with several different people and it is not working at all.

I have never had to click on the "Create Chart" before so I tried that and nothing happened, but a beep. I have closed Reunion and then waited awhile and reopened it and also rebooted my mac and that does not do anything to help.

Any ideas? I am using Reunion 13, Latest Build and Monterey 12.4.

Thanks for any assistance as this is one of my favorite features.

Have you tested it on a pair of people who have a known relationship? I ask because there is the possibility that the two people you used this evening do not have any relationship.

Hey Bob, Yes, I have tested it with multiple people who I know are related. It lists the text portion of how they are related, but not the chart. Thanks, David
