Family file won't open on my new Macbook Pro

I've recently installed Reunion on my new Macbook Pro - 2022, Apple M2 chip, running Monterey 12.4.
I also run Reunion on my iMac (2019, running Monterey 12.4), a Macbook Air (2015, running Monterey 12.4), and also Reunion Touch on my iPad.
I have 4 different family files, all located in dropbox.
All the family files open with no problems on the iMac, Macbook Air and iPad.
3 of the family files open with no problem in the Macbook Pro, but one of them does not. When I try to open it, Reunion closes down and I get a message that says Reunion 13 quit unexpectedly.

This doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
It doesn't seem to be a problem with the family file, as it opens with no problems on all my other devices.
And it doesn't seem to be a problem with the Macbook Pro, because my 3 other family files open fine.

I have deleted and then reinstalled Reunion on the Macbook Pro, and the problem persists.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

    Thanks!

Please ensure the file is set to be available offline on the MacBook Pro, as outlined in the second set of instructions in this Dropbox help article:

    https://help.dropbox.com/installs-in...nterey-support

Let us know if that doesn’t fix the issue.

      Thanks Mark.
The file was set to be available offline, as the other 3 family files were - I'd already looked at the dropbox article .
I've now partly fixed the problem by deleting dropbox from the Macbook Pro and reinstalling it. Perhaps there was a corruption of some kind when that file originally synced to being offline.
Reunion now opens this file, however I now have the problem that dropbox is not syncing, so any changes I make to the file are not being synced to the Macbook Pro.
This is a dropbox issue, not a Reunion issue, and hopefully the dropbox help desk can advise.

      Thanks again

      Cheers,

        Thanks Mark,
I now know that I must have a green checkmark for my Reunion data file in DropBox which I now have by Control clicking on the data file icon and selecting Make available offline.

If you have a free Dropbox account, I believe Dropbox is allowing only 3 devises to access the synched files in each account. Correct me if I am wrong.
