Is there any way to either flag, or tag, sources? I want to go back through all my sources and revise/check that I've extracted all the available information from them. It would be good to be able to mark them all in some way, then unmark them as I work my way through them. Similar feature to marking people would be ideal. The only option I can see is to put some text into the free form text field which I can then remove when I've checked the source, but that seems very tedious as it would need to be done one by one.

For this situation, both in Reunion and other databases, after nailing down the affected records, I paste one unique piece of text in each affected record. Normally, this can be done in a single action. Then.... when I have time to work on the records, I do a find for that unique text AND, as I finish fixing each record, I delete the text from that record. In this way, I don't have to make a list or check off things. I just do a find and go to work. When I do a find and come up empty, bingo, I have completed the project. (Note: Usually, I do a single gobbledygook word that is very very unlikely to be in any record [Example: a#3v=56xyz]. In Reunion, I paste into the Notes field.)Bob White, Mac Nut Since 1985, Reunion Nut Since 1991
