My Reunion 13 shows an empty box for a spouse for my 12 year old great granddaughter.
I have tried multiple ways but failed in removing this.
Please help me.

You can delete the spouse in the Edit Spouses window. However, there needs to be two spouses to get to that window.
Try adding another dummy spouse to the great granddaughter.
Click on the down caret in the person window, mouse down to Spouses and Children mouse over to Edit Spouses. Click to open the Edit Spouses window.
Remove both spouses. -
