Resizing window to show more children

I have recently upgraded to Mac OS Ventura 13.1. I am no longer able to resize a person view window to show more children. Only one line of children is shown with a note that there are more. The cursor no longer changes to the sizing indicator when placed on the line above children. Is this a known bug? Is there a way to resolve it?

Place your curser in the gray area just to the right of the 'Children' box and, while holding down the trackpad/mouse button, drag up or down.
