Unwanted items in marriage window.

I recently upgraded from Sierra to Catalina and Reunion 10 to Reunion 13.
Why is the term "57 years" appearing in the marriage window? (see screenshot below)
There are different numbers in different family views. How do I get rid of it?
Also, how do I get rid of the icon which takes you to photos in the family multimedia section?

That is the number of years they were married. It just takes a little space!

Hi the little icon in marriage view connected to photo that you just have in the screenshot just click on multimedia sidebar and delete them or remove them . hope this help and what you mean Suem
