    File gone from Dropbox

App works fine on iPad. On Mac it want's to get the file from Drpbx before it opens. I have no family file. Can I generate one from iPad?

Go to the Dropbox web page. Your family file should be there to resurrect.

Having a file on Dropbpx would make it easy to restore, I agree. Does a method exist to generate a new Family File from an existing copy on an iPad?

Unless something drastic and rare has happened, if the Family File is on your Dropbox, it is also on your Mac. Look for it at Macintosh HD > Users > YourName > Dropbox. It should be in that folder. The Dropbox copy is synching from the local copy. If it is not there, do a system level find using the name that you gave the Family File with the object being to move the file back to the local Dropbox folder if you do find it. If these suggestions don't help, I suggest you seek assistance from Reunion staff.
