    Reunion launch issues

    MacBook Air M2 running Ventura 13.4.1 (22F2083).
Reunion will launch but not open a file. It hangs and I have to force quit.
    Anyone else having this problem?

Have you tried launching Reunion from the Dropbox app? (That's where your family file should be located)
    iMac 27" (late 2015) 2TB, 24GB Ram, (Monterey 12.3.1) iPad Pro 12.9" 256GB (Ios 14.4), iPhone 6S+ 128GB (Ios 14.4), Reunion 13,

      Only if you use ReunionTouch.

Did you perchance rename the file so that it no longer has the ".familyfile13" suffix? (Or .familyfile12 if you are still using Reunion 12.) The file can't launch it the filename is incomplete or misnamed.

Sorry to offer Windows advice for a macOS question, but it never hurts to ShutDown and Restart the computer.

Are you able to open the Sample Family?

Is your family file stored in Dropbox?

Has anything changed on your system since the last time you were able to open your family file?

Thanks for all the good suggestions.

It will not open the sample file. It will not open any Reunion file.
None of my Reunion files are in Dropbox.
I have not renamed the familyfile suffix.
I have done a restart, shutdown and cold start, and run disk utility against the system and data volume. No errors.
              I have re-downloaded and re-installed the latest Reunion 13.
It did work a few days ago, but not since.
              I'm still trouble-shooting.

Actually, that's "everything" advice regardless of OS or even device. Example: Quickest medicine for wonky things on an iPhone is a hard restart. (Current models except SE.... volume up, volume down then press the side button until Apple logo appears.) Also, good advice for wonky cable TV... e.g. restart the DVR. Not exactly Reunion stuff; just some good advice.
