    Find and replace bad formatting in notes

    The event sentences in a standard Register Report end with a period followed by a source number for footnotes. On some of my own manually-entered notes, I have ended a sentence with the source number followed by a period. Most people probably don't care about this discrepancy, but it bugs me when I see it and I'd like all of my source citations to be consistant in format. I have close to 5000 people in my Family File, with at least 70% containing notes with source citations. Does Reunion have a way of filtering the records containing these (perhaps using Advanced Find) so I can fix them, without having to do it all manually?

    If I'm understanding this portion of your note correctly, the citations are appearing in Notes fields. If this is the case, you could use Reunion's Advanced Find to find all notes with more than 0 citations. I.e., choose Find -> Advanced Find and select these Conditions...

    # of Citations -> Note -> Any Note ... More Than ... 0

    I hope you find this helpful in fixing going through them
