Red Vertical Line on Right Side of Notes Section

What is the meaning of the red vertical line on the far right margin in the Note section (Reunion 13)? I've been using Reunion for a decade and never saw it before.

What red line? Seriously, I have not seen any red line. Could you provide a screenshot?
