I was using Reunion 12 when I purchased a new MacBook Air. Everything carried over except some of my media, exactly 159 out of 300. My folder holding all the multimedia is in a file within Finder. Also, Reunion 12 kept shutting down every time I got into the program. So, today I upgraded to Reunion 13, everything seems to be working so far except the multimedia, that did not change. When I did a Multimedia Repair message said “cannot locate files", 159 out of 309. They are all in the same folder in specific files, why would some carry over and some not. I am using Sonoma 14.0.

No, I never did receive an answer. I don't know if it's an Apple or Reunion issue. I went back to my older computer which was Reunion 12 on it and the same problem was there. I hadn't used Reunion for a while so never noticed it. I am now thinking that it may have been an Apple update problem. Same as you, some of the media items carried over and some didn't.

I am certain this was caused by a Mac update. So, I went back to my old Mac and got into the external drive and copied the two files I had on desktop (My Family History). I brought them over to my new Mac and have most of the media. I still have about 30 missing and have a list. I will get them eventually.
