Including all metadata (photos, etc) in Reports -> Web Project

When I create a Web Project, I select all the options, but only some of the photos and other metadata are included in the generated web pages.
I have selected "all families", :Family card", person sheets, trees, media pages, sources, pictures and use privacy filterings.

Some of the photos are included and linked into the appropriate person/famiy pages. But others are not.

What am I doing wrong? How do I have it link to all the txt, png and jpg files?

By default, not all media file formats are included. However, you can select the ones you want to be included by opening the Web Settings/Reports/Media Page panel. (This is accessed by choosing Reunion -> Settings and clicking on Web. Then, click on Reports. Next, click on Media Page.)

If some are still not included, you may want to try running the Multimedia Repair just to ensure the links are good. To do this, choose Reunion -> Settings and click on Multimedia. Then, ensure the storage location for your media files is shown in the "Search..." section of that panel. Afterward, click "Repair Multimedia Links..." and "Proceed." If some are still broken, you will see a message saying so. If this is the case, click the Multimedia Usage Report button to see a listing of the missing items and the locations where they were last seen by Reunion. Locate each of the files on your Mac and move them into the folder specified for Reunion to search for linked media files. Afterward, try running the Multimedia Repair again.

Once the links have been repaired, try creating a new web project.

Information about adjusting Web Settings and the multimedia repair features are found in the manual by searching for "web settings" and "multimedia repair." To access the manual, open your family file and choose Help -> Contents.

I hope you find this information helpful in moving forward
