Italics in Source Detail field

I can't figure out how to italicize a word in the Detail field of a source line. I've looked through all the preferences I could find and can't find anything to change the font to one that supports italics.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Not that I'm aware of - but wish we could. Perhaps make this a request in the wish list.
