Example Book "The Lincolns" - how was the side-by-side chart on page 2 created ?

On page 2 of the example book "The Lincolns" available from Reunion Help, there is a useful chart which has descendants in a side-by-side presentation. I guess that chart was prepared separately then inserted into the book as an object. But, I can't figure out how that chart was created. I've tried all the types of charts and none look like that example.

If you're referring to page 3 of this book...

That is a very small descendant chart in the top-to-bottom orientation that has been manually edited to fit on the letter size page.
