I recently purchased Reunion 14 and when I tried to convert a reunion13 file to Reunion 14 nothing happens. what am I doing wrong?

Click on the question mark in the lower left of the family card to get the manual. Then do a find using "Upgrading from Reunion 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 or 13". Following the presented instructions should get you out of trouble.
