Where oh where is the crop tool?

I can't seem to find the crop tool. Could someone tell me, kindly, where it is, please. Thanks.

I't not there because you can't crop a PDF file in this example you gave.

Thank you. The Manuel doesn't seem to indicate that or, at least, I couldn't find where it says that. In fact it seems to indicate that you can crop a PDF.

Anyways, I guess I'll convert it to a TIFF and try that.
