ReunionTouch profile pics missing

The profile pics in family view are missing.

If preferred pictures were showing properly in Reunion 13 and disappeared when you upgraded to Reunion 14 - then perhaps the problem happened during the upgrade process.

How did you upgrade your family file to Reunion 14?

I followed the process for upgrading for both the desktop and ReunionTalk. No problems with media on the desktop, but on ReunionTalk only my profile pic is visible and only 22 of 30 of my media files are visible. All other persons have no profile pics and no media files. Also, my source media appears to be missing. I've attached a couple screenshots from my phone.
All my media is kept on a Google drive.

Tap on the Thumbnails row in the Information window (pictured in your post) and ReunionTouch will break down the list of thumbnails that need to be downloaded yet.

You can compare this to the large and small thumbnail counts in Reunion's File > Get Info window.

Know the thumbnail count on both Reunion and ReunionTouch will help pinpoint the source of the missing images.

Thanks for the suggestion. ReunionTouch has been "counting" for over an hour. Based on the thumbnail count from my desktop app, how long should this take?

In ReunionTouch, try closing your family file and then quitting the ReunionTouch app.

Then relaunch ReunionTouch and open your family file again.

Allow some time for the thumbnails to download to your device.
