“Find and Replace” in the “Notes” section of a person will replace everywhere EXCEPT the person you are currently on - IF you are in that person’s “Notes” section. (Edit Person-Notes)
Example: I’m in the “Misc Notes” for a person and I select “Find And Replace” in “Misc Notes” for a phrase. It changed the phrase for everyone EXCEPT the “Misc Notes” for the person I was currently in. The program stated it made changes for all (I previously searched for the number of people who originally had said phrase) but it does NOT change all - UNLESS you get out of the person’s “Notes” section BEFORE performing the search (go back to Family View).
Since I have had no problem with this function all the way back to Reunion 5, suspect a glitch.
I use this feature frequently, so hope to see a fix. I shouldn’t have to back out of the “notes” section for the person to get the replacement to function. PS I have tested this several times and the problem persists; I have also quit and restart, etc.
