Custom chapters in books from RTFD

Hi, I'm writing a book on my family. I'm using Reunion and the book feature with the family history report. I want to add some more chapters about e.g. introduction, history of the properties, DNA and so on; giving a try to several strategies, I ended up choosing to add the chapters from RTFD files. This has the advantage that Reunion handles the chapters almost like his own content (you can change the font, number of columns...). Unfortunately you cannot add a title to the new chapters, at least I didn't find a way.

    - Is there a way to add titles to new chapters? If not, would be nice even just adding the title present in the left-hand side list of chapters. Ah also the family history report chapter has no title right? Not possible to add it?
    - Also, I'm having some problems with pictures. Some just fit nicely in columns (I'm using 2 columns), others are bigger than one column and there is no possibility to correct this
    - Is there some way to add footnotes to the added chapters?

    Thank you very much

Ok I think I solved the picture problem, I open the RTF file in Word and set the right dimension to pictures then import the RTF file in Reunion. For the footnotes I may put them at the end of the chapter with a different font size.
I'm left with the title problem, any suggestion there?
    Thank you

I may be in the minority, but I think it would be a good idea to move away from RTFD in favor of a more open/compatible file format.

RTF, Text, Markdown, or even DOCX would be preferable.

Indeed it would be nice to be able to use also other formats. I tried to use DOCX, then exported it like a pdf and imported in Reunion book, the result is ok but it's very difficult to match the style of the family history report; also the margins are never what you would like them to be. With a RTFD file instead I managed... Still there is no possibility to add a title. By the way this happens also for the chapter of the report, cannot find a way to add the title. For e.g. the people index you have the possibility to add the title, for the report not (see figures)
