Sharing desktop to ipad via icloud.

Morning all,
Well a bit mad is an understatement.
I have followed every step as per the manual to share my file on icloud and it does not work.
It uploads, l wait for it to finish (4.90Gb). Then follow each step on the ipad. Wait for it to finish downloading.
Then change one thing on my desktop and it uploads the 4.9 Gb again. Wait for it to finish. Open it on the ipad. it downloads the whole lot again, but the change is NOT on the ipad.
When l check "Sharing status" it says the "Host" (My Desktop has suspended Sharing.
What am l missing?
Any help out there please?

It sounds like you might have uploaded your family file to iPad using the Files app on the iPad. This would cause your family file to repeatedly be downloaded to the iPad with every change you make on the Mac.

After you created your Reunion 14 family file on the Mac, what steps did you take to get the family file onto the iPad and into ReunionTouch?
