I made some changes in my Reunion 14 file on the iMac by clearing two people from the clipboard. Then I got the “sharing suspended” notice. It has happened in the past and I had to eliminate the family file from the iPad and iPhone and download a new one from Dropbox. Doing a search on Reunion Talk for this problem found the suggestion that closing and reopening the family file on the iPad or iPhone and then waiting a short period of time (usually minutes) would restart sharing. Did not happen despite multiple attempts -- quitting, restarting, opening and closing etc.
Dropbox had finished the synch with the family file on the iMac. All programs were closed and I quit Reunion 14. Still no sharing with the iMac, iPad or iPhone when the programs were restarted.
I finally thought to quit the DropBox app. I restarted DropBox, then opened the family file in ReunionTouch and after a brief update, sharing began immediately. I’m not sure what the problem was. DropBox, Reunion or both, but this worked for me.
