Today I updated to Reunion14 using my family files located in DropBox. Everything converted great. I checked sharing status - iPad Reunion touch sharing to my Mac Reunion14 database and vice versus. So everything great there. About 3 hours ago, after all syncing completed between my Mac and iPad from updating my 13 database, I updated my granddaughter's file using my iPad. I added her graduation under Facts and attached her graduation picture. So far this update is not showing up on my Mac. Sharing status on Mac and iPad show all files up-to-date. So I went to the App store to see if there was an update for ReunionTouch - there was none, just the option to open the app on my iPad. I'm perplexed as I was expecting the iPad/Mac to sync to upload the changed information from my iPad to my Mac. Am I missing something? Tks.

However, if that is not the issue, verify the version 14 was the file being edited in ReunionTouch.

Just checked status of everything again - and my Mac db just updated and change log shows change came from my iPad - that's good, but sure took a long time for an event edit and 1 media to update between the devices. I really thought the syncing between iPad and Mac quicker. But overall, very happy with this update. I'm going to keep testing and providing feedback - tis for your responsiveness, much appreciated.

I'm happy to hear the changes made finally synced to the family file on your Mac. There are times when syncing occurs almost immediately and there are times when it takes much longer than anticipated.
Out of curiosity, please let me know the following...
1. The macOS on your Mac as shown in the Apple -> About This Mac panel.
2. The amount of hard drive space and free hard drive space on your Mac as found in the Apple -> About This Mac / Storage panel.
3. The amount of total space and available space left on Dropbox. This is found by logging onto Dropbox.com...
...and selecting Manage Account from the account icon in the upper-right corner of your browser window. (I.e., reply with <amount of space> of <amount of space>.)
Perhaps this information will provide a clue as to why you are seeing the recent slowness?
Thanks
