Private fields?

Is there a way to set a custom Fact field to be private, so it doesn't get included in reports? I've created a Fact field named Email, but I'd like to keep that data from getting into reports.

Perhaps there's a different approach? Would enclosing the value in {} achieve that?

No, not in a Fact field, but you can mark notes, memos, child statuses and media as "sensitive". Search "Sensitivity" in the help manual for details.

Although a fact field can not be designated as ‘private’ - you don’t have to include that field in any of your reports.

Choose “Define Layouts” from the Layout menu for any report and make sure the fact is not included in the report.
