File > Match & Merge - can't see the menu option

I'm returning to my efforts and upgraded from 13 to 14 to celebrate.

I need to merge two records of people who are, in fact the same person - It isn't the first or the last time I'll need this so, feeling twice the fool, I'm turning to you for help ...

On checking the manual I see File > Match & Merge -

So I go to the file menu on the tool bar and I see no 'Match & Merge'

Where should I be looking?

PS - I should add that I do have a family file open :-) -- in 14 that has apparently converted without any fuss or bother and it is displaying everything as expected.

Return to the family view and you should see the match merge at the bottom when you select file.
