Table of Contents (duplicated)

I am creating books in Reunionbook and the first page shows "Table of Contents" twice. See below. Is there a good reason for this? It also occurs in the Person Index toward the rear of the book.

Your table of contents and index sections have both the Header and the Title enabled.

In the book editor window, select your Table of Contents section and uncheck "Header" or uncheck "Title" one or the other. You probably want to keep the title (the title is the text in the larger font) and remove the header.

Then do the same for the Index section.
