    Prospectives

How do you save a set of prospectives.

    #2
It would be great if you would define what you are asking about. What do you mean by prospectives?

My spelling error, I was referring to Timeline charts and Perspectives sets which I understand can be saved but I have not been able to do so.

      Appreciate your interest.

        You might be overthinking this!

For Timeline, once you have created the chart, just go to the File menu and there are several ways to save it.

For Perspectives, open the built-in manual by clicking on the question mark in the lower left corner, then type the term "perspectives" into the find box. Then scroll down to the section titled File Format. (Too many words for me to repeat here.)

If you have a basic set of perspectives that you would like to use in multiple timeline charts, search the manual for "create perspective set" for instructions on how to create a perspective event set file.

Then you can import that set into each timeline using the Timeline > Perspectives > Add Set menu command.
