People Search Tool Fail

On every use of ReunionTouch the “People” search Tool fails to show ANY name. Quitting and reopening the App also fails to resolve the problem - unless I don’t reopen it for quite a few hours. And at times for a day.

Has anyone else experienced this and how do I fix this?

Try this...
- close the family file
- in the "Welcome to ReunionTouch" window tap and hold on your family file
- after about 5 seconds, a menu will appear
- tap on "Rebuild Caches."

Earl, I've experienced the same symptom in the past, but that was before moving from using Dropbox to iCloud Drive. I don't remember if Greg replied to me with the same solution back then, but I have not seen the problem since moving to iCloud Drive.
