    Parents not showing

    When I add a new child in reunion touch, when I go to that child, parents do not show. I’ve reinstalled ReunionTouch, still happens, only happens in ReunionTouch, not in Reunion on computer. Anyone else have this problem?

    Tap the hammer in the lower right and choose Manual. Tap Adding People and scroll down to Children. Review the instructions and make sure that you followed the steps correctly.

    The second possibility is that your Dropbox synching needs some TLC.

      Thanks, but people are added correctly, according to manual. DROPBOX is not problem.

      I am not new to Reunion, as I am one of the every early users. Only happens on iPad

        Open your family file on the Macintosh and choose File > Sharing Status and click Reset Sharing. Allow some time for sharing on the iPad to be reset and this should fix the problem.
