Age not calculated for all entries

On reunion touch the age is only calculating for people who have died. Those who are still alive show a “?” after age. Doesn’t Touch use the current date from my iPhone? Is there a setting I’m missing? I have the Age attribute turned on. Thanks for any help.

Where are you looking? On my iPhone, on the family card view, I see the ages of living children shown by their name, and the age of living parents in the list of events under their names.

Check settings in Touch. Is there a green plus sign for Age? If green, you should tap them so that the age will display properly. If this is not the solution, we may need advice from Gregg or Deb.

        Try this...

        • Open your family file in Reunion.
        • Open the Date Settings and click the "Feasibility" tab.
        • Make sure the Living Age is 110 or something close to that.
        • Close the Date Settings window.
        • Choose File > Sharing Status and click the "Reset Sharing" button.
