If I have a relative who has a windoze machine, which family tree app (desktop) should I tell them to get, to make importing my reunion tree (and many photos) as easy as possible?
Thanks.
I have a Macbook, which I only use for Reunion. Besides, I am a Windows user. My genealogy work on the Windows machines is done with Legacy. I import a gedcom from Reunion, and copy all the photos in a separate action to a folder on the windows machine. After importing the Gedcom into Legacy, the Legacy program starts looking into your Windows machine for the folder with the photo's. Sometimes you have to tell Legacy were to look, but most of the time it will find the proper location by itself.

Does the relative need to work on the file? Or are you providing it just for them to be able to look at it? If it is just for looking, do a Web Project and send that to them.
